I aim to provide an affirming, supportive, and illuminating therapy to help everyone discover and become the most authentic version of themselves. I believe every person deserves to live authentically without shame or judgement.

Within therapy I place an emphasis on insight building. I think all feelings of distress originate in unmet needs- I help clients to identify and meet these needs so that they can live their healthiest and fullest lives. I wholeheartedly believe that the better we can understand ourselves, the better equipped we are to care for ourselves and ensure that our needs are met so we can be our best and most authentic selves.

To me, authenticity means living a life that I love unapologetically, and allowing myself to feel a broad spectrum of emotions fully. My goal is to help my clients find out what authenticity means and feels like for themselves!

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and am currently attending the University of Florida in hopes to attain a degree in Psychology. Throughout my high school experience, I dedicated myself to raising awareness about mental health, fighting stigmas against it, and creating an overall safe space for my community. This is something I hoped to continue throughout college, which has been made possible through my time at Connect Counseling & Wellness.

To me, the most important thing in life is to be passionate and authentic in everything that you do. My goal for the future is to live up to that and help others do that as well!
